Denny Martin is a consultant at Grahall, LLC. The focus of his practice for over 25 years has been Organization Development, Leadership and Coaching as well as implementing practical and sustainable change efforts in organizations. He is currently the Managing Partner at Zinke Martin Consulting. Denny works at all levels of system: organization, group, interpersonal and individual including CEO’s, Executive Teams, SVP’s, Directors and Managers.

His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups in both for profit and not for profit settings. He has worked with those clients in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. Industries he has worked with include Technology, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Consumer Products, Publishing, Legal, Manufacturing and Not for Profit.

Denny’s work typically involves the usable and practical application of Emotional Intelligence principles. He also specializes in the implementation of Appreciative Inquiry as a change management tool that is particularly effective in aligning emerging strategies in organization as well as merger and acquisition work.

Denny holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and has also earned certificates in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland as well as Effective Work Groups from the NTL Institute in Bethel ME. He has a thorough working knowledge of the ECI Emotional Intelligence assessment tool and the MBTI, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument and the FIRO-B interpersonal relations instrument.
